Help & FAQ
Steps
Where does the app get my steps from?
Your phone counts the steps, not the app itself — we take the ready-made data from its health store:
- on Samsung phones — from **Samsung Health**;
- on other Android phones — from the **Health Connect** app; if it's not there, the phone's built-in step sensor does the counting;
- on iPhone — from the Health app.
This is deliberate: our step count matches what your phone shows, and steps from smartwatches and fitness bands count too — they write their data into the same store. On Samsung, Samsung Health is the source of truth: the numbers match it even if another source counted more.
I have several phones. How are steps counted?
There is no binding to a single device — steps are accepted from every phone where you're signed in. But for any single day, the highest value among them counts, not the sum. That way steps don't double when both phones ride in your pocket counting the same walk.
Steps only count while the app is open. Why?
Your phone is most likely putting the app to sleep to save battery. Xiaomi, Redmi, Poco, Huawei, Honor, Oppo, Realme, Vivo, and OnePlus are especially fond of this. What helps:
- Open the "Step sync" screen in the app settings — there's a button that takes you to the right settings for your exact phone.
- Allow the app to auto-start and run in the background, and turn off battery optimization for it.
- Check that the "Physical activity" permission is granted.
Even if the background gets cut off, no steps are lost: next time you open the app, it catches up from your phone's data.
How far back are steps picked up?
On every refresh the app picks up steps for the last 7 days. Steps taken before you registered don't count: the journey starts from your first day in the app.
The route
What happens if I reach the end of the route?
The route completes, you get a completion mark, and the journey starts over. The number of completed routes is kept.
Account
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → "Delete account". All data is deleted: steps, route progress, groups, subscription. This cannot be undone.
Premium
How does the auto goal work?
The auto goal is a daily step goal the app picks for you: it looks at your activity over recent weeks and sets an achievable bar, recalculating it every Monday morning — walk more and the bar gradually rises; after a quiet week it comes down. All you choose is the intensity.
Turn it on on the goal screen — the "Auto goal" option. It's part of the Premium subscription.
